Customer Success Manager

Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager at Lola Cares, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and implementation of our software solutions within social care environments. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure a seamless integration of our technology to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes.
The other aspect of your role will be to take the knowledge from implementing our software and assist with the sales activity of the company in the North West region. You will assist in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities within the social care sector. You will work with the Head of Sales to develop and execute strategies to promote and sell our software solutions to care homes, domiciliary care agencies, and other social care settings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Lola Cares software solutions in social care settings, including care homes and domiciliary care agencies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and customise software configurations to meet those requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely implementations.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal staff on how to use the software effectively.
- Implement existing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the social care industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in care homes, domiciliary care agencies, and other social care organisations.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Lola Cares and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred - in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
- Previous experience in software implementation, sales or project management, preferably in the healthcare or social care industry.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social care regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Must hold a valid driving license and be allowed to drive in the UK.
